Return
Policy
If
for any reason you are not satisfied with the results
you see by following our program, you are welcome
to return packages within 30 days from date of delivery
for a full refund of the purchase price.
Any
individual items purchased are welcome to be returned
in unopened condition for a refund of their purchase
price within one year from date of purchase.
Shipping
fees are non refundable.
Should
you wish to return any items, you must contact
our office for a return authorization number
along with return instructions to ensure there will
be no delay in issuing your refund.
Returns
received without a Return Authorization Number will
not be accepted. We will not be responsible for any
and all additional fees that may be incurred by packages
crossing borders upon their return to us..
Refunds
are generally processed within 2 business days of
their receipt; please note it may take up to 7 days
for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
