Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship all orders placed before 3 pm EST Monday through Friday that same day. Priority is given to Overnight and 2nd Day Air shipments. FedEx Ground service delivery time to US addresses is 2-6 business days and is determined by delivery address.

Overnight, 2nd day and Ground shipping are available on checkout for North American customers. We ship all orders within North America via FedEx.

Please note FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is specified on checkout we will contact you prior to shipping your order to confirm a street address for FedEx delivery.

Saturday delivery is available to most areas, please call us at 1-866-610-6004 to confirm availability, FedEx Saturday delivery surcharge is $12.50.

International Courier service is also available by contacting us on our direct dial line at 1-705-835-2500.

Shipping within the USA and Canada
(48 contiguous states):
Your order will be shipped from our Niagara Falls, New York location by the FedEx service selected on checkout. Most Canadian orders are shipped from our Ontario, Canada location with either Purolator or Xpresspost.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico:
All orders will be shipped from our Niagara Falls, New York location by either FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day service as selected on checkout. Ground Service is not available to these states.

Shipping globally (outside the US & Canada):
Orders will be shipped from either our Ontario, Canada or our Niagara Falls, New York location by the method chosen by the customer upon contacting our office. Depending on your location we may have multiple options and levels of service available to you.

USA and International Shipping Policy

We ship outside North America under the following terms:

You agree to assume all shipping costs. If the package is returned to us by your country's customs department, we will refund the price of the products but we will not refund the cost of shipping. We will not be liable for the shipping cost in this or any other case. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Some countries have restrictions that will not allow delivery of some natural health products. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside North America.

International shipments (outside of North America) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. As the recipient you are responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery. Please understand we do not collect or make these charges. All taxes and fees are solely up to your country's tax authority and customs officers.
